Howto configure partial rerouting with ISDN interfaces on Innovaphone PBX
Problem
A client asked me if he can see the number of the caller when we forwarded all calls to his mobile phone.
Solution
When you configure an call forward in the PBX you can change the CGPN-OUT on the interface. Now when you configure this like below, every call made to the outside will have this CGPN-OUT, even if you configured a call forwarding this number will appears on the mobile phone.
If we activate an call forwarding and our trunk line id with prefix 0, we can configure the CGPN-OUT like below, in this way we send the numbers with CLIP NO SCREENING. And Belgacom will accept this and can call this number.
To get Partial Rerouting working, we need to activate this on the Trunk Line, just set a check to Reroute Supported.
And finally we have to active Interworking (QSIG/SIP) on the incoming routes. From ISDN To PBX on the numbers you want to activate partial rerouting. On the outgoing interfaces, you don't have to set anything.
Now the call will come from the ISDN to the PBX, The PBX calls the internal extension, when there is a CFU or CFB configured on this object, the PBX will forward the call back to the ISDN and initiates a Partial Rerouting. Then the number of the caller will be visible to the Mobile phone.
