Reset Avaya IPO 500 passwords without losing current config

Reset Avaya passwords, when service user security can't be used anymore. This procedure keeps the current config running.

 Solution

You've to connect your pc with the console port on the IPO (when it's running) and execute the following commands:

1. Enter the command ‘AT-SECURITYRESETALL’.

2. Enter the IP Office unit’s MAC address as confirmation (this is echoed in the display after step 2).
