Belgacom Phonemail basic

 Problem

Every fixed line from Belgacom now has PhoneMail basic, when running your own PBX this can give you a headace when configuring your own voicemail system.

 Solution

We can deactivate PhoneMail basic by calling from the fixed line itself to the following number:

0800-17 171
Administrate services on your line: 1920

You can then follow the voice prompts to deactivate the mailbox on your line.
