Using config template on OSBIZ platform

Walk trough about the new template feature on the OSBIZ platform

 Problem

I wanted to configure settings / function keys on a template, so it can be deployed for more users

 Solution

Logon to the web interface on the admin port, https://192.168.2.1
Go to Expert mode and choose Station on the left menu.

Next choose Profiles/Templates and give the first template a Name, I chose "Default" because I'll set the language and the Mobile Login button for all the users. Click the Apply button.

Now, re-open the Profiles/Templates left menu and choose the "1187 - Default" template. Go to Edit station parameters. Here you can configure the language setting.

Next go to Add/Delete Profile member tab and add the users that needs the template settings.

If you want to enable the transfer of calls from your phone to another extension by disconnecting the call (handset down), you can enable the setting Transit allowed via Hook-on on the Edit station flags tab.

For configuring function keys, you've to configure this in the key programming option. You'll find an button to copy all the keys to another extension.
