CGPN-In variable Routing with VMPro and IPO

Describing on how to do variable routing based on incoming caller ID with Voicemail Pro

 Solution

We make a new module, in this example it's called "Castellino". We've the following flow:

1. Calls goes to the module "Castellino"
2. We check on the incoming number (landcode) for routing to the IVR with the correct language
3. We play the IVR message and route the choosen option to the correct Group on the IPO
4. The phone will display the choosen option + Language! (tag)

Incoming route on the IPO:
Syntax "VM:<moduleName>" Never use an "." in your module name, nothing will work!

Groups on the IPO:

If the VMPro server is not running, you can make a fallback group on the IPO with the same name as the module "Castellino". So calls will go to that group, but of course the IVR isn't played. But hey you can help your customers even when the VMPro isn't active!
