Busy on 1 call with Avaya IPO

 What

This is a little reminder on how to configure the "busy on 1 call". As defaults most PBX vendors sets this setting for two calls.

 Problem

The customer wants to have an indication if the user is busy, default two incoming calls are allowed.

 Solution

For an clear indication when the user is busy, the most simple solution would be to see on the phones display that your call is waiting at another extension. But this is not what the client is after, he want to know it directly.

We can configure when a user is busy, the next caller will here a busy tone, that's much faster to determine if someone is busy (without BLF off course)

First, Avaya has always lines: a, b and c. We delete the c button on the user / user rights template.
After that we can change the setting on the user -> Telephone -> Multi-line options -> Reserve last CA

We can't set this setting with the user rights template, hint -> feature request? :-)
